Use a soft cloth measuring tape or cut a strip of paper 1/4" inch wide and 5 inches long.

Pull the penis out from the body with approximately 5 lbs. of force or until the penis is taught. Wrap the measuring tape around the penis shaft as shown in the diagram.

If using paper mark it with a pencil where it overlaps and then measure the distance against a ruler.
